Your experience means I can just leave it in your hands and know we will achieve our outcomes and you're a wizz with the budget. I'm time poor and don't need the extra work that comes with dealing with inexperienced people, you can tell the difference with the number of emails and questions we get and that's before we get an estimate. And we like your approach on licensing, it's really fair compared to some of the examples I have seen, it's such a contentious issue with clients so your flexibility is really beneficial.
